AUGUST

• DolEx adds Banco Promerica to its payer network in El Salvador
Banco Promerica is a well-positioned, fast growing bank in El Salvador that provides high quality service and nationwide coverage. Over 50 locations including ACCOVI CreditUnion.

• Signed agreement with IDology, Inc. to perform identity verification services for online and mobile money transfer platform
IDology will provide DolEx with the right tools to verify an individual’s identity and/or age for customers sending money on DolEx’ online and mobile money transfer platforms.

JULY

• DBA-Quisqueyana is approved in California
DolEx received approval from the State of CA on our DBA- Quisqueyana, for the purpose of growing our expanding Caribbean focused agent base, in the CA counties of Alameda, Fresno, Los Angeles, Napa, Orange, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Joaquin and Santa Clara.

• DolEx adds Almacenes Exito / Transnetwork to its payer network in Colombia
One of the largest retail networks in Colombia with nationwide coverage. This is the country’s first retail network to provide international remittance payment services. Payments are made through their own branded stores as well as its affiliate, Carulla.

• Signed agreement with Vibes Media LLC to offer SMS services to DolEx money transfer customers

As a result of this agreement, DolEx will be able to send text messages to its money transfer customers to alert them that their transfers are available to their beneficiaries

• Signed Strategic Agreement with AW Systems, Inc. to design the DolEx On-Line Money Transfer website

Through this agreement, DolEx and AW Systems will collaborate to provide a simple-to-use and convenient method for existing and new customers of DolEx Money Transfer Services to send money to family and friends simply by accessing DolEx’ website from their mobile phone, tablet or home computer.

• Signed Strategic Agreement with Encompass Communications L.L.C. to create a white-label DolEx pin-less international long distance product

Encompass Communications is a leading provider of prepaid long distance and a multitude of other prepaid services. Encompass Communications is creating a DolEx-branded long distance product whereby DolEx customers will be able to make domestic and international long distance calls without having to enter a PIN before each call. Instead, customers can register several phone numbers (such as their cell, home and work numbers) and when they make calls from any of those registered numbers, they do not have to enter a PIN.

• DolEx adds Banco de Occidente to its payer network in Honduras

Banco de Occidente is one of the largest, most recognized and important banks in Honduras with over 160 branches throughout the country. A large number of customers prefer this payer due to the efficiency of their operation as well as their extensive and strong coverage across the country.

JANUARY

• Signed Strategic Agreement with IDT Telecom, Inc. to offer international mobile top-up to DolEx customers

IDT is a leading provider of prepaid calling and international long distance products. The international mobile top-up service allows customers to replenish the pre-paid airtime accounts of their loved ones outside the U.S. by providing the cell phone numbers of their loved ones and having pre-paid airtime added directly to their loved ones’ pre-paid wireless accounts in real-time without the need for a PIN.

• DolEx joins the RIO (Remittance Industry Observatory)

The RIO was organized by the Inter-American Dialogue to provide more in-depth, data-driven analysis of countries, issues, and trends that are important to the remittance industry.

2013
DECEMBER

• DolEx is approved for a North Dakota Money Transfer License

• DolEx joins The Money Services Round Table(TMSRT)

TMSRT is comprised of leading non-bank money transmitters including: Western Union, Money Gram, Sigue, RIA and DolEx. It focuses on the regulatory changes being proposed at the state and federal agencies and legislative bodies. This group often examines and comments on pending legislation and works closely with the regulators and legislators with regard to state money transmission licensing laws and anti-money laundering and terrorist financing measures.

• DolEx Makes Donation to TeletónUSA
On December 13, in a nationally televised event, DolEx made a donation of $20,000 to support TeletonUSA’s first US CRIT facility. The CRIT (Centro de Rehabilitación Infantil Teletón) is being built in San Antonio, TX and will provide badly needed rehabilitative services for children suffering from various afflictions that hinder their ability to walk, talk, move, run, function and grow. “We at DolEx have supported the Teletón for many years going back to its early days in Mexico and are now very excited to bring those efforts to the U.S. With this check presentation, we are now committed to supporting the building of a CRIT Facility here in San Antonio.” stated Mario Trujillo, President and CEO of DolEx Dollar Express, Inc. “Our company values are centered around serving our customers, and being able to help the children of our customers with special needs throughout the United States is a blessing and an opportunity we will continue to embrace.” he added.

• DolEx approved for an Indiana Money Transfer License

• DolEx adds Grupo Monge to its payer network in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua establishing a Strategic Alliance with this large regional retail and financial group

This payer provides DolEx with a strategic alliance with a large, established regional retail and financial group. It is a well-recognized and leading retailer with strong presence across Central America. Grupo Monge, manages multiple brands and store formats across the region (El Gallo más Gallo, Muebles Prado and El Verdugo) with coverage in all major cities in Central America. It provides wide and strategic coverage with convenient and extended service hours during weekdays, weekends and holidays.

• DolEx adds Walmart-Mexico & Farmacias Guadalajara to its payer network in Mexico

• Wal-Mart became a payer for DolEx in Mexico through its various store formats. In Mexico, Wal-Mart operates under the retail brands/format of Supercenters Walmart, Bodega Aurrera, Mi Bodega Aurrera, Superama and Suburbia, all of which are now part of DolEx’ payer network providing DolEx with over 1,100 payment locations across the country

• Farmacias Guadalajara: Founded in Guadalajara, FG is a significant player in the money remittance industry in Mexico with vast experience as a payer. It provides DolEx with extensive coverage through its 1,200 locations in 24 states of Mexico. Additionally, it provides customers with a solid payer alternative due to its extended business hours, 365 days a year.

OCTOBER

• Established new banking relationship with Key Bank to support our agent network

DolEx Dollar Express, Inc. entered into a new banking relationship with Cleveland, OH based KeyBank. DolEx will use KeyBank’s many banking centers to expand its independent agent network throughout the Central and Midwest United States.

• Europhil adds Transfer Rapid to its payer network in Romania

Transfer Rapid is a technology company that develops and implements customized, multi-platform technology products and services for financial institutions and licensed retail operators catering to Romanian expatriates. In 2005, Transfer Rapid began its successful partnership with CEC Bank, the country’s oldest financial institution with the largest bank network and the most recognized bank brand. Together, they set out to build the most cost-effective payout service in Romania.

• Established new depository relationship with 5th Third Bank to support our agent network
DolEx Dollar Express, Inc. entered into a new banking relationship with Cincinnati, OH based 5th Third Bank. DolEx will use 5th Third’s many banking centers to expand its independent agent network throughout the Central and Midwest United States.

• Eduardo Villalobos, EVP, participates on panel at Manuel Orozco's State of Remittances forum

Eduardo Villalobos, Executive Vice President of DolEx represented DolEx on a panel moderated by Manuel Orozco Director, Migration Remittances and Development of the Inter-American Dialog. The panel, held in Washington DC, was comprised of the leading companies in the money transfer industry. The main topics of discussions included, interpreting industry trends, specifically addressing how competition is shaping the current money transfer environment. It also focused on describing the most important drivers of growth, as well as the future outlook on changes that technology can bring to the industry

• DolEx approved for a Kansas Money Transfer License

• DolEx adds Banco Popular Dominicano to its payer network in the Domincan Republic
Banco Popular Dominicano (BPD), a subsidiary of local financial group Grupo Popular, offers a wide range of financial services and products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, credit and debit cards, loans, investments and insurance. It has the broadest network in the country with 145 branches and 344 ATMs (BPD). This is a unique relationship providing DolEx’ customers with a very large and far reaching network to receive over the counter cash pickup remittance service in the DR. This represents a solid alternative to the country’s traditional home delivery remittance services providing increased customer safety and convenience.

• Signed exclusive agreement with AdverTickets, LLC for cash jackets and other printed promotional materials

AdverTickets is a leading national media company that pioneered cash jacket advertising and is part of Brite Media Group. Cash jacket campaigns target general market and multi-ethnic consumers—with cash in hand—where they conduct their financial service needs such as money transfers, check cashing and bill payments. As part of this agreement, AdverTickets is the exclusive provider of cash jackets and other printed promotional materials at DolEx stores.

JUNE

• DolEx is approved for a Missouri Money Transfer License

• Francisco Moreno, Europhil (Spain) is named President of ANAED, the country’s Money Transmitters Association

Anaed is the association of Payment Institutions (EPs) of Spain (before called enterprises remesadoras of funds) in which currently is represented nearly 100% of the sector.
The special functions of Anaed are:

• Manage a registry of high-risk agents, i.e. agents whose activities or operations have been reported as suspicious to the Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Offenses (SEPBLAC), by a Payment Entity associated with them, due to their apparent link with money laundering or the financing of terrorism. This registry is available for consult on the part of the EP members and to prevent such agents from operating with an Entity of Payment member.

• Foster and maintain relationships with public authorities and institutions that regulate and supervise the payment services. Therefore participating in the process of elaboration of the rules governing the payment services, as well as the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, receiving from the relevant authorities and institutions the drafts of normative projects and transmitting these comments and suggestions made by the partners. Make suggestions to the relevant authorities and institutions in relation to the implementation of the rules governing the payment services.

• Signed multi-year extension with Chexar Networks, Inc. to continue offering check cashing service to DolEx customers

Chexar is a leading provider of check cashing services, and it officially changed its name in June 2013 to Ingo Money, Inc. The check cashing service allows customers to cash various types of checks at DolEx stores, including printed payroll, handwritten payroll, government, two-party business, two-party personal, insurance, cashier checks and money orders.

• Europhil adds Euroenvios to its payer network in Bolivia

Euroenvios is a money transfer company in Bolivia with nationwide service at the company’s locations. It also provides a bank deposit service for all major banks in the country.

• Signed Strategic Agreement with Direct Energy Services, LLC to offer prepaid utility service to DolEx customers in the Northeast and Midwest

Direct Energy is a leading provider of prepaid utility service. This agreement focuses on prepaid utility services in the Northeast and Midwest, and is a follow up to the agreement signed in June 2012 for prepaid utility services in Texas.

• Mario Trujillo speaks at IMTC Conference in Los Angeles

Mario Trujillo, Chairman, President and CEO of DolEx presented, The Money Transfer Industry: Public Company Performance; M & A & Other Major Trends. The focus of the presentation compared key metrics and stock performance of the industry’s public companies and a historical perspective on major M&A transactions in the last decade.

Fedecredito is the largest, most important, and recognized Credit Union in El Salvador with over 120 branches throughout the country, including Banco de los Trabajadores; with high levels of service and advanced technology. It is also an active member of the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU).

JANUARY

• Europhil adds Dirham Express to its payer network in Morocco

Dirham Express is a well-known, well-established money transfer company in Morocco. Its diverse payment network includes AL BARID (postal offices) as well as the banking network of BMCE, providing extensive coverage of over 1,500 locations nationwide. Given that Morocco represents one of the top money transfer destinations in Spain, this represents a strategic addition to Europhil’s payment network.

• Mario Trujillo, joins the IAD’s Financial Services Advisor Board “think tank” group

Mario Trujillo, President and CEO of DolEx, has joined the Inter American Dialog’s Financial Services Board of Advisors. This group is comprised of senior leaders in Business, Accounting, Management Consulting, International Law and other Financial Services experts with an intense focus and relevant experience in Latin America. This group will advise the Board of Directors of the Inter-American Dialog. The Inter-American Dialogue is the leading U.S. center for policy analysis, exchange, and communication on issues in Western Hemisphere affairs.

DECEMBER

• Signed a Strategic Agent & Marketing Agreement with Tornado Bus Company

Tornado Bus Company provides bus service to Mexico from several U.S. states including TX, GA, TN, KY, IN, NC & IL. The DolEx money transfer service is now available in the majority of Tornado terminal locations which provides added convenience for Tornado’s customers traveling across the US and to and from Mexico.

• DolEx adds Farmapronto to its payment network in Mexico

Farmapronto is a leading pharmacy chain located in 25 states in Mexico with more than 250 locations. This network provides DolEx’ customers with service during extended retail hours as an alternative to the traditional Monday to Friday business hours provided by most banks.

• Mario Trujillo is a CEO Panelist at Manuel Orozco's “Scorecard” Report event

DolEx President and CEO, Mario Trujillo, participated in an industry panel organized by Manuel Orozco, of the Inter-American Dialog in Washington DC, to discuss the “Scorecard in the Market for Money Transfers: Trends in Competition in Latin America and the Caribbean”. The panel addressed the ranking of the various money transfer companies operating in Latin America, where DolEx was ranked in the top 5 during 2012. The Inter-American Dialogue is the leading U.S. center for policy analysis, exchange, and communication on issues in Western Hemisphere affairs.

• Europhil adds MetroBank to its payer network in the Philippines

MetroBank is one of the leading banks in the Philippines and offers money transfer services through its own branches as well as through other remittance paying partners such as Cebuana Lhuillier, M. Lhuillier, LBC, PSBank and Palawan Pawnshops. MetroBank has a very extensive network with over 6,000 points of payment throughout the country.

• Europhil reaches an agreement with MetroBank to assume the operations of the banks’ two store network in Spain.

As part of the agreement, Europhil incorporates MetroBank’s location in Madrid as well as its location in Barcelona into its company store network. Now customers at these locations can continue to receive the services previously provided by MetroBank as well as all products and services offered by Europhil. As a result of this agreement, Europhil becomes MetroBank’s main remittance partner in Spain.

• Signed multi-year extension with iSend, LLC to continue offering international top-up service to DolEx customers

iSend is a leading provider of international mobile top-up service. The combining of DolEx branches and retail agents for domestic money transfers expands the retail payment network to over 1,500 locations; providing more options and convenience for our customers to send and receive money in the United States.

Europhil adds Deligiro to its payer network in Bolivia

Deligiro is a well-recognized money transfer company in Bolivia which now forms part of the regional company More Money Transfers. With a total of 325 locations nationwide, it provides payment coverage through its proprietary locations in the main cities of the country. It also has a large sub payer network that includes the Banco Nacional de Bolivia, Fie and Ecofuturo.

• Europhil adds Banco Bisa to its payer network in Bolivia
This banking institution provides Europhil’s customers with a large nationwide coverage of 282 locations across the country. They provide money transfer payments in both US Dollars as well as in local currency.

• Signed multi-year extension of Strategic Agreement with IDT (Domestic Telecom, Inc.) to continue offering Boss Revolution PIN-Free service to DolEx customers

IDT is a leading provider of prepaid calling and international long distance products. Its Boss Revolution brand is the most popular brand in the PIN-Free segment. This service allows DolEx customers to make domestic and international long distance calls without having to enter a PIN before each call. • Signed Strategic Agreement with Direct Energy, LP to offer prepaid utility service to DolEx customers in Texas

Direct Energy is a leading provider of prepaid utility service. This agreement allows DolEx customers in Texas to enroll with Direct Energy and purchase prepaid utility services.

• DolEx adds BAC Credomatic to its payer network in Honduras, Guatemala & Nicaragua
BAC Credomatic is part of a regional financial group which originated in Nicaragua and is one of the first banking groups in the region that expanded throughout Central America. Recently acquired by a Colombian banking group, it remains as an efficient payer of money transfers with strong emphasis in its bank deposit service.

• Launched pilot of telephony products at select agents

DolEx offers a number of its select agents a wide array of telephony products including PIN-Free long distance calling, international mobile and domestic mobile top-ups and prepaid wireless PINs.

• Signed Strategic Agreement with Interactive Communications International, Inc. (InComm) to offer domestic top-up and E-PINs to DolEx customers

InComm is the industry leader in prepaid card and transaction technologies, products and services including gift, wireless, games, long distance, music and reloadable debit cards. As part of this agreement, DolEx customers will be able to replenish their prepaid wireless airtime accounts by purchasing a prepaid PIN or by providing their cell phone numbers and having prepaid airtime added directly to their prepaid wireless accounts in real-time.

• DolEx adds Servicentro to its payer network in Nicaragua

Servicentro is a traditional and recognized retail non- banking money transfer network in Nicaragua with an efficient home delivery service. It focuses exclusively on remittance payments as well as currency exchange services.

• DolEx adds Bancoppel to its payer network in Mexico

Bancoppel S.A. part of “Grupo Coppel" in Mexico, provides DolEx with an extensive retail payment network throughout the country. With over 860 locations nationwide, this institution offers retail as well as financial services to its customers in Mexico and provides credit and depository services to a customer niche that significantly overlaps with a typical DolEx money transfer recipient in the country.

• DolEx Pride Day / Día Orgullo DolEx

On Thursday, September 15th, 2011, the first DolEx® Pride Day (día Orgullo DolEx) was celebrated by DolEx employees across the US and in our Monterrey and Mexico City offices. AUGUST

• Europhil adds Eurosol to its payer network in Morocco

Eurosol is a well-known money transfer payer in Morocco. The addition of this payer helps solidify Europhil’s coverage in this country and allows it to provide a substantially improved service to the large Moroccan community in Spain. The Eurosol network extends across 343 locations located nationwide.

JULY

Europhil signs a Strategic Agreement with MoneyGram to pay throughout its African, Eastern European and Asian Payer networks

Through this agreement, Europhil is able to offer its customers payment distribution in countries in which the company has no coverage. This is particularly prevalent in certain countries in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. Also, this partnership will allow Europhil to become a paying agent in Spain for MoneyGram.

JUNE

Chexar is a leading provider of check cashing services, and it officially changed its name in June 2013 to Ingo Money, Inc. • Europhil adds Multicambios to its payer network in Paraguay
In order to continue improving its service to the fast growing Paraguayan community, Europhil added Multicambios in Paraguay to its payer network. This payer operates locally under the brand ARA and has 14 offices that provide adequate coverage throughout the country’s main cities.

• DolEx adds Banco G&T Continental to its payer network in Guatemala
Banco G&T Continental is Guatemala’s third largest bank and one of the country’s most important financial groups. It is also the fifth largest bank in Central America. As one of the most important money transfer payers in the country, the bank will provide DolEx and its customers with a very efficient and high quality service offering throughout its impressive network. The bank operates its money transfer service through its branch network of 300 locations as well as through a network of retailers with 1,900 locations that are affiliated with the bank and operate as its paying agents.

NOVEMBER

• Mario Trujillo speaks at National Money Transmitter Assoc. (NMTA) Conference in Miami as part of a guest panel

Mario Trujillo, President and CEO of DolEx, and other CEO’s, participated in a panel of industry experts at the National Money Transmitters Association, now IMTC Conferences in Miami. The panel focused on industry issues around Regulatory Oversight, Agent Management, Credit & Collections and Consolidation in the Industry.

OCTOBER

• Established new depository relationship with Bank of America to support the growth in our agent network

DolEx Dollar Express, Inc. entered into a new banking relationship with Charlotte, NC based Bank of America. DolEx will use Bank of America’s banking centers national coverage to expand its independent agent network throughout the United States. This relationship will also provide access to other corporate banking services as DolEx continues to expand its product offering into other financial products for our customers.

• Acquired substantially all of the assets of Remesas Quisqueyana, Inc. including its 800+ agent network
DolEx Dollar Express, Inc. acquired substantially all of the assets of Remesas Quisqueyana, Inc. (“RQI”) and its affiliates, including RQI’s 800+ independent agent network. The independent agent network will be a complimentary sales channel to DolEx’s existing retail network of approximately 600 branches, providing DolEx with another platform to meet the needs of its customers.

• Established new depository relationship with Merchants Bank to support its agent and branch operations in Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
DolEx Dollar Express, Inc. entered into a new banking relationship with Carson, CA based Merchants Bank. DolEx will use Merchants Bank’s vault services and remote deposit capture services to support and expand its independent agent network throughout Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

BAC Credomatic in El Salvador
BAC Credomatic is part of a regional financial group which originated in Nicaragua and one of the first banking groups in the region that expanded throughout Central America. Recently acquired by a Colombian banking group, it remains as an efficient payer of money transfers with strong emphasis in it bank deposit service.

• Fedecaces in El Salvador
Fedecaces is a large Credit Union in El Salvador with over 70 branches nationwide. Aside from the payment of remittances, this credit union offers a variety of financial services to its member base. Its member base
represents a niche that significantly overlaps with a typical DolEx money transfer recipient in El Salvador

• Delgado Travel in Ecuador

• Launched PIN-Free products from Boss Revolution and Orbitel at DolEx branches

IDT is a leading provider of prepaid calling and international long distance products. Its Boss Revolution brand is one of the most popular brands in the PIN-Free segment. This service allows DolEx customers to make domestic and international long distance calls without having to enter a PIN before each call.

Instead customers can register several phone numbers (such as their cell, home and work numbers) and when they make calls from any of those registered numbers, they do not have to enter a PIN. Orbitel is owned by one of the biggest companies in Colombia and it offers international long distance products focused on Latin America.

• Launched international top-up products from iSend and NetSpend Payment Services at DolEx branches

iSend is a leading provider of international mobile top-up service. This service allows customers to replenish the prepaid airtime accounts of their loved ones outside the U.S. by providing the cell phone numbers of their loved ones and having prepaid airtime added directly to their loved ones’ prepaid wireless accounts in real-time without the need for a PIN.

NetSpend Payment Services is a subsidiary of NetSpend Corporation, which is a leading provider of general purpose reloadable debit cards.

• Entered into credit agreement including term debt and working capital revolver with Harris Bank (BMO) to support acquisition of DolEx and Europhil and ongoing working capital needs
DolEx Dollar Express, Inc. executed a credit agreement with Chicago, IL based Harris Bank (a subsidiary of Bank of Montreal “BMO”), including term debt and a working capital revolver facility, on May 26, 2010. This credit agreement will be used to facilitate the acquisition of DolEx and United Europhil, SA, a money transfer company based in Madrid, Spain, and working capital to support the company’s future growth.

• DolEx adds Banco Reformador to its payer network in Guatemala

Banco Reformador is a corporate bank, recently acquired by Grupo Aval (Banco de Bogota), with presence throughout the most important cities in Guatemala. They operate 107 branches across the country.

• Europhil adds Russlav Bank its payer network in Russia

Russlav Bank’s Contact network infrastructure serves as a payment hub for a large network of payers across Europe (primarily Eastern Europe) and Asia.
